Compubatch Systems Pty Ltd is a long established supplier of industrial automation solutions for the Concrete, Asphalt and Precast Masonry industries in Australia.

The company has built its reputation on providing control systems that do what our clients want them to do. In an age where most suppliers tell their customers what they will get, the team at Compubatch Systems builds each system to suit our client’s requirements.

Compubatch Systems offer a total package. This package includes sales and service in the fields of industrial weighing, electrical engineering, a full range of computerised and manual batching systems and material handling systems for the transfer and storage of quarry products. We also manufacture systems for total plant monitoring and control including remote monitoring of silo levels and weighbridges. We would be pleased to offer proposals to any clients contemplating new projects or major plant upgrades.

Company History

Compubatch Systems Pty Ltd is based at St Peters in Sydney, Australia. We installed our first Australian designed and built concrete batching system in 1985, followed by our first asphalt batching system in 1987.

In 1986 the company expanded operations into the Asia region with systems being developed and installed in Hong Kong.

Our systems feature completely automatic high speed batching which is fully configurable for any plant type - overhead bin, front end loader, mini mix and high capacity dual plants. The systems can store an unlimited number of formulas and feature fully adjustable discharge profiles for optimum plant discharging and mixing for all transit mixer sizes.

Compubatch Systems Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1990 to better reflect the Compubatch Systems product range that had been launched by our parent company in 1985. Our team members have a wealth of knowledge gained from over 40 years experience in the industrial weighing and electrical industries. Even though our first personal computer DOS™ based systems were installed in 1985, stalwart supporters are still installing the latest versions today, basically because they are simple and reliable. In response to our client’s requests over recent years, Compubatch Systems have developed and installed a new range of Microsoft Windows® based systems for concrete and asphalt production, together with a range of Windows® based aggregate handling and plant monitoring systems.

In 2005 Compubatch Systems formed an alliance with ScaleTron Inc. of Canada for sales and service of their vast range of products. In 2006 a supply and service arrangement was formed with Control Solutions and BadgerMeter Inc from the USA. These alliances offer our clients in Australia the very best products available in the world today, backed by our renowned back up service and support to the local market.
