This experience and our willingness to meet individual customer needs, has led to the release of our Compubatch Systems® A500 Asphalt batching system.

The A5 Series is built around the Microsoft - Windows® XP/Windows® 7 platforms ensuring operator familiarity. It is designed to interface with existing Compubatch Systems PLCs and manual control panels so that the upgrade process is extremely economical and can be achieved virtually overnight, ensuring no plant downtime. Manual controls can also be upgraded to include Touch Screen HMI (Human Machine interface) control.

Reporting is a breeze with all data stored for retrieval by date, job, mix type, docket numbers or any combination of these. Reports can be uploaded or downloaded by means of portable storage devices or via network connections.

Central allocation and formula updating is possible via your own company network or we can design a complete package to match all your requirements, so that the entire production and accounting process is one seamless operation. Systems for Hot Storage Bin control, including bin filling via skip or conveyor and discharge into trucks either via weighbridge or travelling weigh hoppers, integrate with the A500 batching system to provide a total control package.
